Parcels are sent via Courier Post (New Zealand Post), on tracked & signature, next-business day delivery service. *Rural delivery within New Zealand will incur an additional fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are sent with Courier Post (New Zealand Post), on tracked courier delivery service. Shipping dates vary depending on where you are located.

Generally, delivery should take 10 working days, however we hold no responsibility for delays caused by international customs or service delays within the country of destination.

CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES

White Coast Jewellery takes no responsibility for the payment of any customs fees or taxes incurred on internationally shipped items.
